Tahini

Whey is a food that is obtained from sesame seeds and peeled. Tahini is used in Lebanese, Armenian, Greek, Persian, Turkish, Iraqi, Maghreb and Bulgarian cuisines. Tahini is used alone as a condiment or to the main part of Halvah Tahini, Hawthorn, Baba Ghanouj and Homs.

Reda alone is a complete food for every meal, especially breakfast. Tahini can be consumed in a variety of ways. It can be used purely without any additives with bread, or add ingredients such as honey, juice, sugar, dates, grapes and jam. The amount of additive varies depending on the individual’s taste.
